De volledige elektrische hijskraan is gemaakt om op een modelbouw boot te plaatsen met een schaal van 1:75.

De buiten maten zijn die van de hijskranen van de Smit Rotterdam. Wel is de kraan iets robuuster opgebouwd. In de kraan zijn drie hele kleine mini elektromoren ingebouwd, waarmee de hele kraan kan draaien, en de giek omhoog en omlaag kan bewegen. De bijgeleverde elektrische hefmagneet kan omhoog en om laag  door de werkende lier bewogen worden.

En als de elektro magneet geplaatst is kan deze een last van 500gram heffen

Met deze kraan breng je een boot tot leven en is er nu mogelijke om een last van de kade op de boot te plaatsen. Ook kan men een sleep haak op  een stil gevallen boot laten vallen en de boot op sleep nemen.

De kraan gaat voor veel vaar plezier zorgen omdat je boot nu iets levendig functioneel heeft.

Met name kinderen vinden dit fantastisch om te zien. En hebben de dag van hun leven als er mee mogen spelen.
